early check-in fee inflexible receptionist

The check-in process was irritating. the receptionist informed me that early check-in, before 3 pm, incurred an extra fee. This made a poor first impression. i found it unreasonable and inflexible, particularly since it was only marginally before the standard check-in time.

the breakfast buffet included many food choices and tasted good. i also found the onsen with the open-air bath a nice evening routine.

the reception desk employee did not speak english very well.
